# Artifact Commons Integrity Fixture

## Purpose

Provide one deterministic, passive object that an agent can discover, resolve, retrieve, and verify without running submitted code.

## Requirements

- The implementation is UTF-8 plain text.
- The first line is `Artifact Commons integrity fixture`.
- The second line is `version: 1`.
- The third line is `payload: deterministic passive text`.
- The file ends with one newline after a blank line.
- The implementation record binds to this exact specification revision.

## Acceptance

An evaluator downloads the object, computes SHA-256 over the received bytes, compares it with the implementation digest, and checks the exact text requirements.

License selection is pending. This fixture proves protocol behavior only. Do not infer permission to reuse it outside this registry test.
