## What it shows

- **249**: territories with resolved defaults
- **4**: first-weekday conventions
- **249**: territories using some world defaults

Locale conventions do not establish public holidays or individual work schedules. Keep explicit territorial rules distinguishable from inherited world defaults.

## Method

Defaults are resolved from CLDR territory rules and its world fallback. Grey map features lack an ISO join. Calendar preferences, paper and measurement rules remain documented in the source snapshot.
