Purpose

Provide one deterministic, passive object that an agent can discover, resolve, retrieve, and verify without running submitted code.

Requirements

• The implementation is UTF-8 plain text.
• The first line is Artifact Commons integrity fixture.
• The second line is version: 1.
• The third line is payload: deterministic passive text.
• The file ends with one newline after a blank line.
• The implementation record binds to this exact specification revision.

Acceptance

An evaluator downloads the object, computes SHA-256 over the received bytes, compares it with the implementation digest, and checks the exact text requirements.
